Dr. David, Dr. Jennifer, and Dr. Brian Fritz are all dentists in the Iowa Quad Cities.
David received his DDS in 1980 and a Certificate in Prosthodontics in 1986. Two of his children followed his dental footsteps. Jennifer graduated with her DDS in 2006 followed by a Certificate in Prosthodontics in 2009 and Brian received his DDS in 2010. David and Jennifer maintain a practice limited to prosthodontics in Bettendorf while Brian has a general dental practice in Davenport. They all attest, the University of Iowa College of Dentistry was the only place to go for their dental education.
They also believe in supporting the college and profession financially and with their time and talents. David and Jennifer have both been adjunct clinical instructors at the college and participate in the Donated Dental Services program in their practice. Jennifer currently serves on the University of Iowa Young Dental Alumni Board, is vice president of the Davenport District Dental Association, and a national spokesperson for the American College of Prosthodontists. Brian helps on the Bethany Bus for Give Kids a Smile in the Quad Cities and with Iowa Mission of Mercy, a free, yearly dental clinic hosted by the Iowa Dental Association.
Active in the community as well, David has been a Rotarian for 35 years. Jennifer is involved with Junior League of the Quad Cities, and Brian coaches youth soccer.
The Fritz family is one of numerous legacy dental families the college holds with pride. Avid Hawkeye fans, they all agree The University of Iowa is a great place. “Without the great dental education received at The University of Iowa College of Dentistry we could not do what we are able to for our patients, community, and profession.”
